Hot Tub
The hot tub is from
Dimension One Spas and has five seating locations with various jet
configurations
to massage different parts of your body. There are two loungers in the
tub.
Every seat in the tub overlooks the ocean.
DSL
If you have a laptop computer with an ethernet connection, then
you have DSL access to the Internet. Wireless access is also available.
Parking
There is a two car garage
plus one parking space by the
front stairs. Additional cars must be parked outside the gate by the
street.
Beach Access
While people climb down the stairs built into
the rip-wrap (large boulders) in front of the house, we recommend the
short
walk four houses down the road to a beach that is level with the road
for
easy and safe access.
Front Yard
The front yard is common area for the association so
other residents of this small townhome complex will at times sit at the
table or go to the beach via the stairs. You are welcome to use this
area as well.
