Almost everyone who stays in this home is amazed at how well equipped we keep the kitchen. It's probably because we both like to cook. A number of our guests return each year for another week. We hope that you'll decide to return as well.
Washing pots or cleaning vegetables will not get your full attention ;-)
The kitchen was remodeled in the winter of 2008, and
now features full granite countertop and backsplash.
There are under cabinet lighting and plug strips, and all new appliances. As the picture below shows, the dining room has changed with a new granite table for 10 people, new lighting and you can see the travertine floors that have now replaced all of the carpeting upstairs and in the downstairs bedrooms.
The huge, dining table will comfortably seat your group, with plenty of room for heaping platters of food. The dining area is located on one side of the "Ship's Bridge" room with a cozy couch and love seat on the opposite side for relaxing while overlooking the ocean. Additional seating is located beyond the sliding glass door on the balcony complete with its own picnic table, lounge chairs, and barbecue.
